OVERHEARD Terms of Service
Effective October 27, 2026
The service
Overheard Culture publishes short clips on YouTube. The Overheard Culture Uploader is an internal tool used only by the channel owner to upload the channel's own videos through YouTube API Services. Use of anything we publish on YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Content and credit
Our clips are edited excerpts of videos published under a Creative Commons Attribution license or used with the creator's permission. Every clip credits the original creator and links to the full video. All rights in the original material remain with its owners.
Removal requests
If you own material in one of our clips and want it changed or removed, email ibasit050802@gmail.com with a link to the clip. We act on valid requests within 48 hours.
No warranty
This website and our videos are provided as is, for entertainment. Opinions in clips belong to the people speaking in them, not to Overheard Culture.
